An importer and distributor of medical and laboratory equipment.
The Challenge
To find a service-engineer for medical and diagnostic equipment, having experience of work with similar equipment and fluent in English. Preferences were shown to candidates with high engineering education and profile specialization.
The Approach
Considering bad responses of candidates to the placed announcement, direct search of candidates was performed. The search was carried out among public medical institutions and private companies rendering similar services on the import and sales of medical equipment.
The Result
Several successful candidates were identified, including those fully meeting the Client’s requirements for qualification, similar working experience and knowledge of English language. One of the identified candidates received the employment offer.
