Customer Service/Sales Adviser
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging customers to use our service, promote existing and new products
- Contacting Russian-speaking (EU, UA,) and Romanian-speaking customers to help them in the money transfer process
- Contacting customers who have not used our services for a certain period of time
- Answer calls, emails, WhatsApp and Viber chats from customers relating to their money transfers
- Finding ways for new customer attraction and making sales callbacks
- Checking, uploading and working with documents
- Working under robust UK and EU AML and Compliance regulations and procedures
Required skills:
- Excellent sales skills
- A high-energy approach and Yes-attitude
- Excellent communication skills, innovative approach to customer engagement
- Ability to inspire clients to share information about our services with their friends
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Fluency in the Russian and Romanian languages
- Fluent English language (to read and understand company policies and procedures)
- Call Centre or Banking experience is an advantage;
- Sales experience is a huge advantage.
