HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager will play a significant role to evolve employee experience. This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You'll get to work in a diverse environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about the work they do.
Responsibilities:
- General management of all HR functions
- Develop employee experience, including satisfaction surveys, enhance alignment with corporate culture
- Organizational design, including grading system, job profiles analysis
- Implement and control complete and accurate employee data to the HRIS system
- Develop performance management system and succession planning
- In partnership with HRD Ukraine & Moldova to develop and implement a compensation and benefits system
- Annual workforce planning and budgeting
- Develop, update, and implement company policies and guidelines
- Participation in all HR projects
- 5+ years of successful experience in HR Management
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- English level B1 minimum in spoken and written language
- Solution-oriented, reliable, flexible, and a great team player
- Able to work proactively and in a structured manner
- Willingness to irregular group-wide travel up to 10%

- Monday to Thursday (8:30 - 17:00), Friday (8:30 - 15:00)
