Corporate Lawer
KEY TASKS:
- Development, legal examination, harmonization and unification of contracts, additional agreements;
- Drafting and legal examination of powers of attorney, letters of guarantee, bank guarantees, supplies, responses to requests, including if there are control costs, orders and documents; business correspondence;
- Preparation of proposals for amendments to existing orders and local regulations of the organization, including the development of new orders and results of regulations;
- Board meeting organization, registration of protocols;
- Interaction with public authorities, notaries, banks and leasing companies;
- Monitoring of legislation, preparation of legal opinions, analysis of the company's legal risks and verification of counterparties;
- 3+ years experience in the field of legal support for economic and corporate activities;
- Knowledge of civil, corporate, and labor legislation;
- Attentiveness, responsibility, diligence;
- Organization and systematic thinking skills;
- Strong oral and verbal communications skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- English level of B2 is required;
