Well-established multinational firm operating in the Customer Experience and Mystery Shopping Software solutions sphere is looking for Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolves tickets technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
  • Maintains system functionality by testing system components.
  • Helps design and implement Market Research and Mystery Shopping projects.
  • Consults with users to determine appropriate needs and assists in placing orders.
  • Maximizes systems capabilities by studying technical applications and making recommendations.
  • Confirms clients’ objectives and specifications by testing new programs, comparing them, and making modifications.
  • Trains users on new software in person or through a variety of tutorial channels, including self-guided training videos, user manuals, and digital instruction pages, often in collaboration with technical writers.
  • Keeps up to date on technical advancements by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical people.
  • Hands-on problem-solving ability and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A process improvement mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software operation principles.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Customer-service focus.
