HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (international transport company) is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

Recruitment/HR Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for the driver training program.
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' suitability for the program.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' aptitude and suitability for the role.
  • Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants, interviews, and selection decisions.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring equitable distribution of workload.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication, share updates, and address concerns or challenges.
  • Mentor and train team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to driver training and recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of trainees' progress, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Prepare reports on training program effectiveness, recruitment metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and compliance teams, to ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Draft individual employment contracts and employment orders for new employees promptly,
  • Create and manage material liability contracts.
  • Update and maintain the Personal Form for each employee according to established requirements.
  • Inform employees about internal and external company regulations and policies.
  • Prepare various orders (resignations, dismissals, disciplinary sanctions, leaves, detentions, transfers, changes, trips) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate monthly attendance tables and update them, as necessary.
  • Organize and facilitate employee performance evaluations as per the company's established plan.
  • Prepare payroll for each employee, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of a Transport and Logistics industry and market is a big plus.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak in English on at least B2 level.
