About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Information & Digital Solutions Director to lead the company's technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, and infrastructure.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the IDS Director will ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, improve operational excellence, and accelerate innovation across the organization.
The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence across Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Vendor Management, and Technology Governance while ensuring alignment with the company’s standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the country Information & Digital Solutions strategy aligned with business objectives and company’s roadmap.
• Act as strategic technology advisor to the Managing Director and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead the enterprise application portfolio including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, AI solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Drive digital transformation, AI adoption, Microsoft Copilot, automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead data governance, analytics, Power BI reporting and enterprise integration capabilities.
• Ensure secure, resilient and highly available infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Manage the technology project portfolio, budgets, vendors, contracts and service delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Build and lead the internal IT organization, including IT Operations, Service Management, and Cybersecurity capabilities, while defining future sourcing and staffing strategies
• Ensure alignment with corporate architecture, governance, compliance and security standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive IT, Digital or Enterprise Applications leadership experience.
• Experience implementing and supporting ERP environments and business-critical systems
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or multinational organizations is highly preferable
• Proven ability to manage external service providers, technology vendors, and outsourcing partners
• Professional fluency in English
