Logistics Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate and support logistics operations across import processes, inventory control, internal deliveries, and supplier collaboration. This role is part of a dynamic retail environment and involves working closely with store operations, internal departments, international teams, and external logistics partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating import processes and stock management
Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and external warehouses
Ensuring regular and timely deliveries to retail stores
Preparing and verifying logistics documents (import papers, stock transfers, inventory lists)
Monitoring logistics-related costs (transportation, storage, duties)
Supporting internal and external audits
Collaborating with internal teams (local and international) and external partners
Candidate Profile:
University degree in Logistics, Economics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, imports, or transportation
Solid knowledge of customs regulations and logistics workflows
English – advanced level
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
