For our client, an innovative IT start-up with the ambitious goal of transforming e-commerce forever, we are actively seeking a Team Leader in the Marketing Department!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, overseeing daily activities;
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies;
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of marketing efforts;
• Enhance brand recognition and manage corporate identity;
• Support sales targets and develop sales strategy proposals;
• Oversee new product development and market launches;
• Create and monitor systems for marketing effectiveness and KPI tracking;
• Analyze market trends and prepare reports on marketing activities;
• Manage budgeting and expenses for marketing initiatives;
• Evaluate marketing tools and coordinate with external service providers;

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within marketing and advertising;
• High independence, systematic problem-solving approach, creativity, and strong analytical thinking;
• Fluency in Russian, English, and Romanian;
• Previous experience with start-ups will be a plus!
