Junior SMM Specialist
Responsibilities:- Create the content strategy and calendar for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook)
- Create and post high-quality content across all channels
- Manage UGC creators and generate ideas for them monthly
- Find and build partnerships with influencers on TikTok Shop
- Monitor, and reach KPIs for each social media channel: the number of followers, reach, engagement, etc.
- Discover new channels and forms to grow brand awareness on social media
- Complete social media reports and analyze data
- Create concepts for new videos and collaborate with the video production team and other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- You have proven experience as an SMM or marketing specialist (1+ years )
- You have a bachelor’s degree (major in marketing, communications-related field is preferred)
- You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
- You have knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, influencer marketing)
- You have the ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations
- You are motivated by creating content that people love interacting with
- You have a way with words and can write copy that's engaging
- You can conceptualize and you have great copywriting skills
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- You have experience using Adobe Photoshop/ Canva or a similar tool
