HR Business Partner

HR-Consulting, a leading recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience, is currently looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner on behalf of its client – a well-established international company entering a new phase of growth in the local market.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who is ready to take ownership of the HR function at a country level and contribute strategically to the development of a modern, people-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead all HR-related activities within the country in alignment with the company’s strategic goals;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for HQ roles and provide support for store management-level hiring;
  • Coordinate onboarding and deliver training and development programs for office and store staff;
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including bonus schemes and salary grid management;
  • Drive performance management processes and support leadership with feedback and appraisal sessions;
  • Manage employee relations, internal communication, and engagement initiatives;
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and deliver regular reports to top management;
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, safety, and health standards;
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in a similar role (HR Manager / HRBP / Senior HR Generalist);
  • Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills;
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to influence key stakeholders;
  • Advanced English level (at least upper-intermediate);
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
