Human Resources Manager
Main tasks:
Setting-up, managing and developing the organization
Personnel area of responsibility
Development of the organization in Moldova in terms of processes, structures, training of the employees etc.
Mandatory reporting
Global Human Resources Manager, Plant Manager
Communication duties (internal/external)
Across organisation, suppliers, authorities
Job specification
Education:
Successfully finished studies, combined with several years of working experience
Work and leadership experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience, at least 3 years in a leading manager role
Professional and methodological skills:
Very familiar with local labour laws and regulations
Know-how of all HRM aspects
Preferably basic knowledge of SAP/R3
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
Personal skills:
Empathic personality, highly motivated and pro-active
A “down to earth” and bottom up team leader and good people manager with excellent managerial and strong communication skills
Willingness to travel abroad
Autonomous, self-dependent and pragmatic working style
Hands on mentality
Human Resources Manager
Main tasks:
- Set-up a Human Resource system and all related processes
- Ensure all Human Resources, Administration and EHS environmental topics comply with the local law
- Set up and maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes
- Set-up and maintain a salary structure by conducting periodic salary surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual actions; recommending, planning, and implementing salary structure revisions
- Set-up and maintain a orientation and training program for all employees
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
