Quality Management Systems - Team Leader
Responsibilities and the main tasks:- Providing quality leadership and guidance on all QMS matters;
- Enabling and monitoring the implementation and functionality of QMS in the plant;
- Management of the reporting system, claim management system, QM system and audits, quality improvements initiatives;
- Management of the internal and external complaints;
- Management of the team: coordinate or define goals and tasks; support work execution, check, discuss and evaluate work results; conduct appraisal interviews and assess performance; planning and initiating further training; recognizing conflicts and pointing out solutions.
Requirements for the candidates:
- A higher education degree;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Familiarity with quality standards and quality management processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite;
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
