Quality Management Systems - Team Leader

Responsibilities and the main tasks:
  • Providing quality leadership and guidance on all QMS matters;
  • Enabling and monitoring the implementation and functionality of QMS in the plant;
  • Management of the reporting system, claim management system, QM system and audits, quality improvements initiatives;
  • Management of the internal and external complaints;
  • Management of the team: coordinate or define goals and tasks; support work execution, check, discuss and evaluate work results; conduct appraisal interviews and assess performance; planning and initiating further training; recognizing conflicts and pointing out solutions. 
 
Requirements for the candidates:
  • A higher education degree;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Familiarity with quality standards and quality management processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using the MS Office suite;
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
  • Proactiveness, creativity, and stress resilience;
  • Independence and dynamism in action.
