A well-known international company, one of premier companies in the consumer goods sector.
The Challenge
The international company decided to introduce in its Moldavian branch a new position – Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Manager. It should be mentioned that at that moment there were few companies having such specialists therefore we needed to search for candidates with no similar experience but having all necessary prerequisites for being successful in this position.
The Approach
The search was performed among the candidates having work experience either in government agencies or in private structures, having legal education, proficient in Romanian, Russian and English and who could be able to represent the company responsively and successfully in relation with state authorities.
The Result
Candidates with different experience were recommended. Following a number of interview and an extensive testing the Client made its choice.
