A well-known international manufacturing company (construction materials).
The Challenge
To identify a candidate with good sales and marketing experience in a large enterprise. Sales were done to the corporate clients (b2b) and through a retail chain (b2c). Fluency in English and readiness to move to the region of the enterprise location (for a candidate from Chisinau) were required.
The Approach
It was important to find candidates with work experience in a company with large sales volumes having a system approach to sales organization and personnel management. The search of candidates was performed among the large manufacturing companies.
The Result
A candidate having necessary work experience, including abroad, was identified. After a number of interviews the candidate was hired.
