A well-known international manufacturing company, that opened its production in one of the regional centers of Moldova.
The Challenge
A candidate having a good experience in the field of production logistics and HR management was needed. A mandatory requirement was fluency in English. The enterprise was placed out of Chisinau, thus the challenge was to find a candidate from Chisinau, which could agree to move to the location of production, or to find a candidate at place.
The Approach
The search for potential candidates was performed among large modern enterprises. It was important that the candidate could easily fit into the business culture of a well-known international company.
The Result
The most successful candidate appeared to be the candidate from the region where the company opened its production and which was offered the position. It allowed the Client to reduce costs as such a candidate needed no additional expenses for living and transportation to the work place and the salary level expectation was lower than in case of a candidate from Chisinau.
