The Challenge
Taking into consideration that the company was an international one, it was necessary to identify a candidate with work experience in an international company’s Finance Department with experience in production, having a good knowledge of English and ready to move to the region of Moldova, where the enterprise was located.
The Approach
We performed a search of candidates having experience in financial management in a production enterprise and familiar with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), possessing strong knowledge of English and ready to work out of Chisinau.
The Result
We recommended to the client a number of candidates having work experience in finance in international companies. A candidate that was the best to meet the requirements was selected. Subsequently, the employed candidate, having worked for two years, was promoted and sent to work to another country on a more important project.
