The Client
A well-known international manufacturing company (construction materials).
The Challenge
To find a processing engineer in the manufacture of construction materials field, either experienced or graduate of the university. Knowledge of the English language constituted an essential requirement. The task was substantially complicated by the fact that the Client’s enterprise was located in one of the district centers, other than the capital city, due to which the number of potential candidates was reduced.
The Approach
Generally, direct search for candidates was performed among the graduates of technical universities with the relevant specialty. Information conversations were held with representatives of the University administration authority, management of the Faculty of Engineering and Management in Mechanical Engineering, as well as directly with graduates.
The Result
Several candidates, meeting the Client’s requirements were identified, and the most impressive and prospective of them received the employment offer.
