A Moldavian production company focused on the export of manufactured products.
The Challenge
A candidate capable of solving competently all legal issues connected with relations with primary product suppliers from abroad was needed for this position. Besides the professional experience in corporate law the candidate should've had a good command of English language.
The Approach
The search of candidates was performed among lawyers having a successful experience of work in commercial structures. Preference was shown to candidates working in international companies or those connected with import-export operations.
The Result
Despite a limited number of candidates, we found one that was coresponding to all necessary requirements. After two interviews the candidate was hired.
