It was needed to identify a manager performing functions of an office manager and keeping the communication with the head office and also with the company keeping the accounting of the branch, which was opening in Moldova.
The Candidate should have administrative work experience and should have an excellent command of English.
It wasn't a complicated position at the first sight. However besides the experience and abilities, it was important that the candidate could be an efficient assistant for the director and also for the managers of the head office supervising the branch activity.
A sufficient number of candidates were presented to the Client. Following a number of interviews one of the candidates was made a job offer and quite soon the candidate began implementing the duties assigned.
