To identify a candidate for the position of Project Manager in the field of programming, who could show professionalism in programming and at the same time would posess project management experience.
The Approach
The search of candidates was performed among the offshore programming companies. It was important that the candidate had a good portfolio of completed projects.
The Result
The first identified candidate appeared to correspond to the Client’s requirements. Following a few interviews and a test the candidate was made a job offer, which was accepted.
