The Client

A foreign company, manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and skin care products.


The Challenge

The Client planned to launch the sales of cosmetics and skin care products on the Moldavian market. It was necessary to find a Candidate who could start to develop company’s sales on the market from zero. The budget was limited. Thus we needed to identify a candidate with a good work experience, however not being “spoiled” with high income rate.


The Approach

The search was made among the candidates from different areas – consumer sector (FMCG), pharmaceuticals, marketing, management, etc. The candidate should have been result-oriented, willing to work independently and capable of making correct independent decisions.


The Result

Candidates from different business areas having different work experience were presented to the Client. Following the interview the Client made its choice and identified the candidate who had no relevant experience, but according to the Client’s opinion, was the most interesting and suitable for the tasks implementation. And so it happened – quite soon the Client’s products appeared in Moldova.
