A branch of an international company manufacturing and selling the construction and paintwork materials.
The Challenge
To identify an experienced Country Sales Manager fluent in Romanian, Russian and English, with a preferable experience in sales of construction materials or having working experience in construction. It was important that the candidate would be successful not only in organizing sales, but also in managing the branch office in Moldova.
The Approach
The search was performed among candidates experienced both in management and sales of construction materials. Candidates with sales experience in other adjacent domains were also considered.
The Result
Following a number of interviews and basing on candidates presentations, there was established the most successful of them, who was invited to take the position.
