The Client
A dynamically growing Company providing services in telecommunication sector.
The Challenge
Due to its business expansion the Client decided to be more active in marketing communication with the “outside world”. There appeared the necessity of identifying a PR specialist that could highly improve the public perception of the company's brand, both as a service provider and employer.
The Approach
The main search was performed among candidates who worked at least 2 years in a similar position and who even at the interviewing stage could offer the prospective Employer his/her vision of the task and offer solutions. The candidate should show high sociable abilities, be erudite, tactful and fluent in three languages - Romanian, Russian and English.
The Result
Several candidates were recommended to the Client. One of the Candidates was hired just after the first interview.
