A well-known international company. Consumer sector (FMCG).


The Challenge

To identify a Top Sales Manager with a successful experience in a foreign company with a developed business culture.


The Approach

We performed the search of potential candidates among almost all foreign companies activating in consumer sector (FMCG). It was important that the candidate should have had experience in both sales and management.


The Result

We managed to identify several potential candidates one of whom was totally corresponding to this position. Following several interviews and an additional test the candidate was employed by the Client.
