HR-Consulting srl, an HR services company based in Chisinau, Moldova with 27+ years in the market, due to the extension of its business, is looking for candidates to fill the position within its HR outsourcing department:

HR Generalist / Client Relations Associate

Key responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services;
  • Proactively work with clients to understand and to satisfy their needs;
  • Reporting on time (using MS Excel);
  • Manage ongoing projects;
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
  • Support team colleagues where and when required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, experience working in an international project will be an advantage;
  • Problem-solver with a focus on delivering results;
  • Customer-focused with a drive to develop and nurture relationships;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly);
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure;
  • Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Excel & Word);
  • Fluency in Romanian and English languages.
