Developing detailed programs for completing tasks and reviewing, the fact that requires practice and experience in the field of executive secretarial work, participating in implementing related tasks, doing paperwork and reflecting a proper professional image through greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Job Duties:
- Arranging appointments, answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
- Receiving and documenting incoming mail, then presenting it, as well as following up with procedures relating to outgoing mail.
- Printing private correspondence.
- Maintaining internal meeting agenda to be reviewed and adopted by the person in charge.
- Issuing invitations to others to attend meetings, conferences, committees and lectures.
- Distributing minutes of meetings among the relevant parties or employees.
- Arranging appointments and receiving visitors.
- Prepare transaction summary, statements and drafting other reports and submits them to the direct supervisor.
- Carry out the powers assigned to him by the direct supervisor.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any information he has accessed by virtue of his job, and not disclose it, whether in writing, verbally or electronically.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
