IT System Analyst

HR-Consulting, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled IT System Analyst, responsible for evaluating current business processes and recommending improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge.
As a knowledgeable IT System Analyst, you will analyse existing systems and propose enhancements, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor solutions accordingly. This includes analysing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring effective software implementation alongside the Technical Lead.

Your contribution:
  • Analyze current business processes: Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients: Understand individual business needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective software implementation together with the Technical Lead.
  • Produce high-quality artifacts for proposed solutions to meet customer and market requirements, including screen mock-ups, scenarios, use cases, user stories, etc. with associated estimates for delivery of work after consulting with the Technical Lead and Scrum Master.
  • Work with the Scrum team (Product Owner, Lead Engineers, Software Engineers, and Software Testers) to identify technical requirements as the basis for solution construction, including data modelling and functional changes
  • Work in a Scrum team, in an Agile (SAFe) manner, providing software design that is capable of delivering high-quality, on-budget, and fit-for-purpose solution designs that meet customer and market business needs.
  • Support the Scrum Team from an SME perspective (Subject Matter Expert) related to existing solutions

Bring along:
  • Experience in requirements management, from upfront requirements gathering & facilitation to clarification and traceability of requirements.
  • Knowledge of Structured Analysis and Design methods, e.g. Object-Oriented analysis and design.
  • Experience in modelling complex data using OO Analysis and Design (OOAD) & notation (UML).
  • Experience in Risk and Scope Management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to drive solutions and influence decision-making.
