We are now looking for a Local Administrator Specialist to perform specifically identified administrative activities in the local legal entity. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes. This service is provided when the functional area owner has no or insufficient local representation. All is done to gain optimal multi-functional efficiency.

- Perform local payment and tax activities
- Perform local customer invoices and cash collection activities
- Perform local HR activities
- Accountable for performing admin. services on behalf of FAs, as agreed with FAs, deploying and executing processes, securing compliance to local regulations and legal requirements
- Responsible for fulfilling Stakeholder’s requirements securing service compliance according to the service request onboarding criteria
- Drive improvements to secure high quality, cost efficient services, and speed in execution through automation.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience
- Several years of administrative experience
- Writing and reporting, working with people, delivering results and meeting customer expectations, planning and organizing, creating and innovating
- Confirmed skills in a service-oriented environment
- Office tools knowledge, in particular Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
