Chat/Voice Bot Developer

You will be developing a voice enabled bot using Azure technologies. The bot will serve as a replacement of the current IVR solution for a big telco provider.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, debug and test conversational flows using MS BotFramework Composer as part of Agile team
• Train, evaluate and improve NLU models that add language understanding to the bot, using Azure Conversational Language Understanding Service.
• Generate audio files and improve speech using Azure Speech Services.
• Use Postman to test and debug APIs.
• Write Splunk scripts in order to analyze bot conversations and debug the flows.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ year using BotFramework
• 1+ year using Azure Cloud (CLU and Speech Services - mandatory)
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft BotFramework and Audiocodes integration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of NLU models concepts
• Previous experience with API testing
• Previous experience Splunk scripting
• Good understanding of Telco concepts
