HR meeting on Online recruitment
Today our colleague Olga Gagauz shared her knowledge of Online Recruitment technics. Participants of the meeting were HR specialists from several AmCham Moldova member-companies, which included Orange, BAT, Moldcell, JTI, Moore Stephens, Mary Kay, and other.
Olga is an HR specialist with 6+ years of experience, laywer, trainer and project manager - all in one. She set up an own recruiting company and has a vast experience in working with local and international companies in the matter of recruitment.
The meeting included interesting statistics about the actual situation in recruitment in Moldova and worldwide. Different recruiting strategies were analyzed, as well as the possibilities and ways to improve them, in order to increase the visibility of job posts and available vacancies.
The important part of the meeting was the questions-answers part, which evolved into a lively debate session.
