A foreign pharmaceutical company planning to enter the Moldavian market.
The Challenge
An opening branch of a pharmaceutical company needed the candidate who could successfully scale the business from zero: register the company, obtain authorizing certificates for the products, hire personnel, launch the sales and successfully run the branch.
The Approach
The main point was that the candidates should have entrepreneurial abilities and at the same time become a successful employed manager. The candidate should possess a successful work experience in the field of pharmaceutics. During the search the main attention was focused on candidates having HR management experience including the experience of running a company.
The Result
From the shortlist of seven candidates presented to the Client the best candidate having similar experience, managing the branch of a foreign pharmaceutical company, was chosen.
