The Challenge
Following the demission of the Training Coordinator, a change should be made and a convenient candidate who could successfully work in this very important position needed to be identified. The candidate should have had not only a similar experience, but also his/her personal abilities should correspond to the requirement of the open position – high initiative level, ability to work autonomously, focus on precise results and be very communicative.
The Approach
Due to the limited labor market in this domain we had performed the search not only among the “ideal” candidates, but also among the candidates who could show a success in this position.
The Result
From several candidates that we had presented, one candidate who was the best to meet the Client’s requirements, having a great potential for growth and for whom the position was a significant career step, was selected.
