The Challenge
The startup company needed a candidate who could successfully launch a new business, register the company, obtain authorizing certificates for services rendering, hire personnel, launch the sales and successfully run the business.
The Approach
It was important that the candidate should have entrepreneurial abilities and at the same time could be a successful employed manager. The candidate should have had a successful experience in the field of sales and marketing. During the search the main focus constituted candidates having managerial experience.
The Result
Five candidates maximally corresponding to the requirements were presented to the Client. The best candidate was approved by the company’s shareholders.
