A well-known foreign company, manufacturer of telecommunication equipment and software.
The Challenge
It was needed to identify a potential manager of one of the branches, activating in the field of software, testing and remote technical support services. The candidate should have had a good work experience in the field of software development and an experience in project management, should have been many-sided and fluent in English.
The Approach
The main focus in the search for was put on candidates working at that moment for more than one year in one of the offshore software companies, having a good work experience in project management, who could become a successful manager of the company.
The Result
Five candidates were identified for this position and were presented to the Client. After several interviews the strongest candidate received a job offer.
