The Challenge
For the opening of its representative office, the company needed a decent candidate, who could successfully develop the market and contribute to an increase in sales. The candidate should have had a managerial work experience in a well-known international company.
The Approach
During the candidates search the main attention was focused on the level of the candidates' compliance with the opened position. It was important that not only their professional experience but his/her personal qualities should contribute to the successful task implementation in this position.
The Result
After the search and a careful selection several candidates were presented to the Client. Following a number of interviews the Candidate mostly fitting the sited position was made a job offer. After a few years this candidate was transferred to another country and promoted.
