The Challenge
The company had a task to change the HR management policy and this required identification of a professional having HR management experience in a large international enterprise, preferably in a production one. A trained specialist was needed, who, after entering the company, could immediately start to actively participate and apply his/her knowledge in order to develop a new policy in the field of HR management.
The Approach
The candidates search was performed among HR managers of the large enterprises, who showed high level of HR management.
The Result
A successful candidate was identified. Following a number of interviews and after continuous negotiations the candidate received a job offer that was accepted.
