The Client
An international company, a well-known manufacturer of computer equipment.
The Challenge
The Client planned to intensify efforts on market development in Moldova that was controlled on a remote basis. For this purpose a Regional Sales Manager, who should have interact with distributors on daily basis, retail outlets, could have promote the goods and operatively solve all arising issues, was needed.
The Approach
Taking into consideration the medium level of the present position remuneration, the main task was to identify a candidate already having a good experience, but not being “spoiled” with high income rates. The search was performed among candidates with 1-3 year of work experience, who could implement the tasks and work independently, out of the office, spending 100% of the time “in the field”.
The Result
Several candidates were presented to the Client. Following several interviews, in Chisinau and abroad, one of the candidates received the job offer.
