A medical diagnostic center.
The Challenge
The person, who previously held this position, was promoted and, as result, there appeared a vacancy. The complexity of this vacancy supposed that potential candidates in the medical area were not always eager to consider vacancies requiring their transition from public to private sector. Another difficulty resided in the knowledge of the English language, either completely absent at the majority of candidates, or being at a basic level.
The Approach
A direct search for candidates was performed. In general, the search was performed among the heads of similar laboratories in the public medical institutions, as well as in the competitive medical diagnostic centers.
The Result
A successful candidate meeting the Client’s requirements, knowing English a little below the requested level, but motivated to improve it and eager to start learning it immediately - was identified. The candidate was offered by the Client to take the position.
